Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Archon ("we", "our", "the Platform") is operated by Ariev Global. This policy explains what data we collect when you use reaarchon.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your data.

We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own privacy policies.

- Authenticating your identity and securing your account
- Sending transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing)
- Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve product features
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Complying with applicable Indonesian law and regulations
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following sub-processors to operate the Platform. Each is subject to its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Cookies
Archon uses session cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Browser-level analytics (via Cloudflare) may collect anonymized request metadata; this data is not linked to your account.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this will prevent you from logging in to your account.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).
Waitlist email addresses collected prior to Platform launch are retained until you request deletion or until one year after launch, whichever comes first.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Export your data in a portable format

8. Security
We apply industry-standard security measures including HTTPS enforcement on all connections, Row-Level Security on the Supabase database, and hashed password storage. No system is entirely risk-free; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
9. Children
The Platform is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable Indonesian personal data protection regulations.
